STL807 — Vision Building and Purposeful Leading equips students to discover, articulate and execute compelling organisational visions. It also equips them to align stakeholders around shared purpose. It integrates three bodies of work: the covenant-based framework of vision developed by Dr David O. Oyedepo, the leadership frameworks of Sinek, Collins, Maxwell, Mourkogiannis and the Work of Leaders model, and the contemporary empirical literature on vision, purpose, meaningful work, culture and execution. Students emerge able to lead purposefully whether they are founding an organisation or serving within one.
